The FIFA Worldcup in South Africa will attract an estimated 500.000 foreign soccer fans to cheer on their national teams. The expectation is that the cup will also attract 40.000 prostitutes ! And since SA is known for a relatively high percentage of the population to be HIV/Aids positive there is a real risk of increase of that percentage locally and for the infection to be exported to the supporters' countries after the cup....luckily governments are rising to the occasion and will help to face the challenge. The British government just pledged a donation of 42 million condoms for free distribution for the weeks leading up to and during the event. Now we know why Jacob Zuma went to visit the Queen of England. He went to explain how these things work at home. And she knows how drunken Brits behave when abroad for such events. Those hooligans. I am sure that Jacob and the Queen understood each other and that he got himself a free set as well. I wonder how many ? Then again. He does not use them. He showers it off....So those condoms will probably be donated by the South African Office of the President.....
